Received your media ready email.., now what?

We know it can be confusing where to insert links, how to download, where to find "things" etc. Follow these helpful hints.

When your media is complete and ready to download, you'll receive an email like this:

If you ordered a marketing kit (or one is included in the media package you selected), your email will look like this

If you only require media to be downloaded (no marketing kit or hosting required on our end) then your email will look like this

The Photos (and Property Website) are ready!

Balance Due. $ xx.xx

Balance Due for your order - don't fret, you can view all media PRIOR to paying your balance - however you won't be able to download until balance is paid.

Address of your listing

Please confirm that the address is correct - plus postal code as the location is mapped by google maps

Website Links

The "unbranded property" website link is designed to work with your listing on www.realtor.ca. Copy and paste this link in the video section at realtor.ca. The "branded" link can be used for sharing on social media or directly shared with potential buyers.

Total Marketing Kit

Total Marketing Kit - this is where the fun begins! Click the link to be taken to your social media template pages.. Here you are able to customize flyers/ social tiles to use on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Feel free to experiment - drag and drop your listing photos - change colours, fonts, etc.

Download the Photos

Download the Photos AND iGuide links, videos, floor plans, flyers, etc. These links will only be active after the invoice has been paid. The pop-up copyright licence must be agreed to prior to any downloading. As a general rule, photographers hold the copyright licence of all photos they take, so you and only you are legally allowed to use the photos for your marketing requirements on the given listing.

Access Your Account

To share your media on Facebook, etc, simply link your social media accounts via the "account" link found at the top of the dashboard after accessing your account.
